Thank you Steve, NG :)
My anxiety's through the roof. I've had a real bad day fissure wise/ stupid skin tag :(
Just another reminder that this is the best option I have.
I just want to be one of those people who do so amazingly well that you almost think their lying,LOL
But I'm thinking I won't escape the usual healing process.
I honestly hope I can handle it. I know we have no choice really.
NG, did the vicodin really help w/ the pain? Were your spasms gone immediately?

Hey dawn, you'll be just fine :)
And yup, the Vicodin did a fine job with the pain. It makes my stomach a bit upset too but was well worth it. I can't say that I noticed many spasms after surgery, but there definitely was some pain and discomfort which the painkillers covered up quite nicely.

Thank you so much NG Image
I'm so tired of spasms. I hate painful bm's but they would be so much easier if the door didn't slam shut and they just came out. I'm hoping surgery changes that. It's been torture today. I would almost be happy to be able to poop in my pants.

You'll soon be waving goodbye to those painful spasms, painful BM's will just be a memory, just take it one day at a time after the surgery and you will see.

So the freaking crs called and cancelled me again for the 2nd time. I'm at my breaking point. They said the A/C is broken in the surgery center, can't do it until the 19th now.
So now I'm waiting on someone to call me to see if I can have it done at the hospital Wednesday but it's not looking good and if I have to pay the whole amount up front then it isn't going to be possible. So the way it looks , I will be going through this for 2 more weeks and my fissure has decided to give me hell today. The worst I've felt since May when it was as bad as it gets.

Awww booooo that's terrible! I guess it's better than having it done in a hot surgery center where bacteria are having a party, but still, after all that build-up, to have it canceled at the last moment just SUCKS! Let's hope you can find an opening sooner!

Sorry to hear about another delay Dawn. That just really sucks. Do they realize what they are doing to your nerves??
Well hang in there. Believe me, this is going to be well worth the wait.
