Hello all! I have finally had my LIS and Fissurectomy procedure completed... Gotta say recovery isn't nearly as bad as what I was expecting... However I mentioned to my surgeon that I had a skin tag that was bothersome and he said he would remove it... After surgery I was informed that it was "inflamed tissue" and that it should go away with time. I obviously understand that it has not been that long but if still looks about the same as before... Does anyone have any experience with this? Does it go away just after a few weeks?

So far really good I'm 1 week out and really it's not that bad. I only took pain meds the first day to be safe and that was it. Pain at a maximum was maybe a 3. It's still a tick sore but not enough to impede anything.
