Thanks for sharing... I am wondering if you may have hemorrhoids as well? I began bleeding and the pain increased too. I suspected hemorrhoids and my doctor confirmed it. I had to use hemorrhoid cream to settle them down which helped ease the pain. Unfortunately after 6 long painful months of no progress with botox and medication I ended up having a sphincderectomy which finally stopped the pain. My surgeon explained that the more often you tear the more likely it is that you heal with a scar which is more susceptible to tearing again. Maybe you have scar tissue by now and it is probably a good idea to see a surgeon about either botox which didn't help me (however we are all different) and a conservative approach to the surgery. Either way I hope you get better soon.
