I want your help to understand the mechanism behind spasm or tightness of anus in fissure.

What happen in anus during spasm or tightness of anus in fissure means why did it occurs. And how did it occurs.
Like due to inflammation or due to lack of blood supply or complete loss of blood supply in anus. Etc etc
