I kept mine in the bathroom ( both Nitro and Nefid. ) - had no problems with that. Tabby LOL - if it ever comes to the point of me giving massage to my anus - please lock me away
I used my diltiazem for months and just rubbed it in, I dont think I could have stood the pain of putting it inside! It still worked brilliantly though, and our instructions on our tubes here in the UK says to rub it in, not put it inside.

Uh oh! Is burning a normal side-effect of diltiazem? I'm experiencing (rectal, obviously) burning after applying the cream (internally and externally). Should I be worried, or is this just a side-effect I'll have to get used to?
Some people have that as a side effect - that is because your capillaries are dilating to promote blood flow which in return help fissure to heal. Burning should stop as soon as you stop using the cream though. If it is terribly annoying you can try other creams. All the best !
