Canadabum how did you know the spasm are gone , like now I go to the bathroom once in the mornings and then I put the nitro cream and I don't again and I put it back at night before sleep , so most of the time the pain is controlled , I am also scared to pass gas and I'd doesn't feel right when I sneeze, I been in this from 3 weeks ago but the treatment with nitro just started 5 days ago, do u have any time frame or how can I know am healing ?

The creams took a few weeks to start working for me. I too had a tough time with gas...with pretty much everything. You will simply know when the spasms calm down or stop because you will feel less overall pain. For me the pain was also a real burning sensation...over time it slowly went away. Unfortunately for me it took a number of months. Healing is happening...it is just very slow. Keep a daily diary and keep track of your sensations and progress...then when you review after a week or two you will notice the subtle changes occurring.
