Thanks for the tip!

However I am unsure about taking ibuprofen because currently I am still under medication for my condition which includes Bactrim & Fluconazlole.

I'm worried that it would cause interactions or side effects unless I take them at different times to avoid any interactions. Is that possible?

I am no doctor so I really can't say. Good for you for considering this -- I would find a dr to ask.

Really, if you have not had a BM for so many days you need to tell the doctor or go to the ER.

if you are going to not do this, sit on a Sitz Bath (and you don't need anything except as warm as you can take it water) and if you can have a BM in the water, do. It's not the end of the world to do that, and you will not be the first!

Our recommendation, however, is that you go to the ER and tell them how long it is since you had a BM.
