Hey No worries fissy, I keep a happy face as much as possible. This afternoon is much better---yes frustrating that now the fissure spasms have gone but now hemmy pressure and ache after BM gets you punching the walls again. I am so excited to get better that it will happen in short order---even shorter with kind words from folks like you! How are you doing today? You have any "behind" issues now or are you all fixed?

Yea sometimes hemorrhoids can hit you when you least expect it.
Just try to calm yourself down and don't try to fix them by yourself as that will only amke them worse
Try to go see a doctor if you can
