Ever since my three month Botox mark has passed (15th August), I've been having a quick burning sensation when I pass gas. Before then, the CRS said my fissure was healed for now, so my question is why does it hurt to pass gas? I still have some burning after BMs most days, but not bad unless I've had a bout of very soft or very hard stool the day before. When I feel internally with a gloved finger I may feel no pain one day and then maybe a burning sensation with pressure another day. I don't feel like the sphincter muscle has tightened up like before Botox, but could it mean that I have an active fissure again? Also I'm pain free the rest of the day but that's helped by no longer sitting at a desk at work.
