Last month I paid $45 for 0.2% GTN at 30 gram

This week a different person was at the counter and he charged me $65 for 0.4% GTN at 30 gram.

He claimed the 0.4% is more expensive because they need to use more GTN tablets to make it etc.

Sounds like he is making up excuses to charge me more money

My salary for the week is only $100 this is how much I work for after taxes.

It's stronger so it probably does cost more.

I know these tablets are usually dog cheap which they crush to make the cream. So I did find it very strange it would cost so much more.

I have a question can a normal person make this cream at home?
