I hope the swimming helps. I understand your frustrations and hoping you win your disability

what can help manage the Intense burning spasm and tightness?

Mine starts at the exit and radiates all the way up and across to the lower abdomen and bladder

I’m literally going insane. Im weaning off morphine it doesn’t touch the pain

You mentioned that you're no longer going to physical therapy sessions. Did you recently try that and was it helpful in any way at all?
8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy

Too early to tell
Told it can take several treatments before relief

I should have become a physiotherapist
$120.00 Canadian dollars for 40 minutes

Well why not go to several sessions then? I don't see how you're going to get any relief by lying in bed all day suffering.

You can't do any harm by trying the swimming and walking. Its a positive step Hurtinend. No point paying for the physio if it's not working or at least not with that physio - it probably just fuels the resentment of being in pain and paying for treatment that doesn't show discernible improvement, if anything making you worse.

yes well I went to the pool yesterday and did some exercises

The rectal spasm is effecting my bladder again, it’s been in spasm on and off and getting worse

I fear the future my arsenal of prescription drugs don’t help.

I’ve walked an average of 5 miles per day so far this month. I am moving a lot.

I’m very serious now about pursuing a doctor that would give me a temporary colon bag.
