Everytime i wipe with toilet paper bright red blood appears. Now this is possibly cause i have a recurrent cut or skin that bleeds when it is wiped. But it's not inside the anus. It's outside the anus.

Is this also an anal fissure? I've already been checked for anal fissures on the inside but the docs never seen how i bleed when i wipe.

anyone got any experience like this or know something?
