just back from 3 hems banded????

Hi all I am after tips on how to manage my recovery. I gad 3 hems banded and the doc said she put heaps of local in so everything is numb. ...... welll upuntil now I am getting some pain. I know when I gad my fissure I lived in the bath so I might do that later. I am taking stool softeners but not too many as I normally go the other way. I am also freaking out as she said i have a prolapse
