Hey Lecia
I think ive had 4 visits from 'fred' ( :lol!: yes i named mine too... way back when i was like only 15 or somthing!!) since i had the surgery.
I definitely do not have any more spasms, but i am still suffering somewhat from diareah then constipation im all over the place when it comes to that time of the month.. i am just trying very hard to stay stress free and relax at that particular time. And not eat sugary fatty foods at all.
Other than that time of the month i am doing perfectly Image

I don't know about sugar-it just seems like everything gets mucked up during that time. Bloating, pain, you name it. I am a walking midol commercial!

I was told years and years ago by my dr that sugary and fatty foods whilst in menstruation will cause more stomach cramps.. over the course of the years i have tried each, good diet and bad diet and found this to be true..
