I have been healed for 6 months now and feeling great but one thing still bothers me. I don't know if I would call it leakage or if I've always had this and didn't realize it or if this is pretty normal. After I go and clean up I will eventually have a very tiny amount of stool come out which will itch. I still wear a small Curad pad every day for this reason. I had a fissurectomy with botox 3x so no LIS. I wouldn't say it has gotten lose down there and I'm definitely still more of a tight a$$. I take fiber 3x day and my stools are fine. Is this normal? Too soft maybe?

Did you have a fissurectomy 3 times or only once? It's possible that it created a small crevice in which stool gets stuck and then only comes out later on. Have you seen your doctor about this issue and did they have any suggestions? Perhaps a way of firming up your BMs might be helpful, such as psyllium husk.
