Hi, I had the LIS 4 days ago. I think I feel something like a swollen skin tag / hemmorhoid?? Is it okay ?? because i didn't have external hemmorhoid before.
i touch it and its soft and a little bit painful

Skin tags after LIS are common. I went in with one tag and came out of the surgery with 5. Only one was painful though, and it was extremely tender for a couple of days and then gradually shrunk and became almost painless over the course of about two weeks.

My surgeon instructed me to take 3 sitz baths per day (plus one after any BM's), but I preferred a full bath. You may want to do the sitz baths more often (or a full bath) because it is very comforting and also speeds healing.

oh i remember i just have two small skin tags,and very small before LIS. Now 3 skin tags, larger than before, only one (the biggest, i think its swollen) extremely painful.

yes, i take 3-4 sits bath every day, really helps. its very comforting

You're welcome. But just be prepared for the tags to stay forever, but they will shrink quite a bit.
