I hope everyone is enjoying their holiday weekend. Here in the Midwest we are possibly awaiting some bad storms for later this afternoon. I am feeling better hope it continues.
This morning I ran across a long article on IBS on Web MD. I know there are several others with IBS besides me on this forum, and I have found that oftentimes I have had to search myself to try to learn what I can on my own. If anyone is interested in me posting the article, I will.

There also was a link for a constipation article. I have found the Web MD articles (on various subjects) to be quite informative, and Web MD had gotten a lot of awards for their site.
