Yes the amount that you retain is so little it should not lead to discomfort at all. Give it a try many find it very helpful.

In addition to the lubricating properties, olive oil contains a calcium channel blocker (oleuropein, may work similar to diltiazem?) and an anti-inflammatòry compound (oleocanthal, similiar to ibuprofen).
