You really need to find the correct dose for you. If you are getting bloating, gas or cramps then you may be taking too much. Its best to start slow and up the dose gradually so that you can see when you've past the comfort zone for your particular case. We all react differently and the dose that may work for me may be too much for you.
Nifedipine over 2 months
Hot Sitz Bath
Cortisone cream
Lidocaine cream
Zinc Oxide cream
Coconut Oil
Doctor Butler's Hemorrhoid & Fissure Ointment
Manual Self Dilation
Mirolax
Metamucil
Pro-biotic
Kingfish
Salt Bather
