mm - I would ask for a manometry test (for them to measure exactly your anal pressure) and if it is very high the only way to make it lower permanently is to have the LIS
If you are in too much pain for a test- they can give you some sedation , I guess :roll:
I am so sorry to hear that you suffer so much and for so long , and the "fresh" fissures are THE WORST !!!! I really feel for you and I wish you the best of luck with your fight for a "painless" butt - just NEVER give up !!! There is always a solution for every ailment "out there" - we just have to be persistent in finding it : )))
