i used 2 kinds of the ointment..1st was .05% used it for like 2 months, when i returned to the dr,he asked if i had any problems with headaches, and with that compound i did not,he then gave me the 2%,which he siad to immedetly stop using if i get really bad headaches that dont go away quickly,or fainting..i did get the headaches with the 2% but it made the muscle so loose, thats when i started ignoring the label and started my own "6 times a day with twice the recommended amount" applications.def got headaches, but they would subside...
KIM..he mentioned the .02% cream, but said that rarely had results, thats why he started me on the .05% from the get go..it did work as far as relieving pressure, not like the 2% though,if anyone is using nitro cream now,i would suggest asking for the 2% and giving it a try...oh yea..i was on nitro for like 4 months?? i dont really remember, maybe longer...but i feel if i started on the 2% it would have been less...
