Sometimes I wonder if I read into things to much. But has anyone had good luck with Botox?? After that last thread I am berginning to wonder and I am scared.

Buttgirl has been doing pretty darned good after her recent Botox! Although, we haven't heard from her in a few days...

Sheri also did well with botox.

I am gonna give it a try everyones circumstances are different. I will let everyone know when it is scheduled for... Thanks

Yes! I have had a good experience with Botox. I got it four weeks ago and the fissure pain is gone and has been for three weeks. I have almost forgotten what fissure pain feels like (almost, but unfortunately, I don't think I'll ever actually forget. The fissure fear will never go away I think.)

While I would definitely get the injections again and again, it is not all roses. One of the injections did irritate a roid. The roid was there before, but still. The stinging and burning of the roid is lessening slowly but surely, though, and it is nothing compared to the pain of the fissure. I'd rather have nothing, but I'll take this over the fissure any day.
