I need some input about outside hemmies :roll: . If one has them - do they really can react to the lightest pulling and pushing of furniture or carrying something that is like just about - I don't know , like 20 or 30 pounds ???
I was pulling some outside furniture yesterday and I felt some irritation last afternoon, and than this morning my skin tag is little enlarged and burning - could it be that I actually have outside hemorrhoid that is hiding behind my skin tag and is causing all of his in the first place . Maybe it swells, makes extra pressure in the anus and than my skin brakes and makes a fissure .
I know for a fact that after surgery there was a speculation that doctor actually did hit my vain with a needle and caused it to swell and even maybe get thrombosed. By the time they saw me it was gone - lady CRS though that it did burst by itself : (.
I don't know what to think any more - it is just that now I see clear pattern with butt acting up and me doing some heavy work . I never had hemm. problems before , so I don't know how they react or feel :pale: .
My poop is , by the way, ideal consistency .
Any advice or suggestion will be highly appreciated

could be. I had a hemmie pop out when helping a friend move. it is still reducing, and doesn't tend to flare, but if it is wak and aggrivated it could swell and cuase the wek tissue to open.

From my humble perspective I do think that pushing/straining (in any way)/lifting can all put pressure on the hemrroidal veins. I have found that to be the case with me anyways. Congratulations, by the way, on keeping your digestive tract regulated. Gold star for that one.

If you were just pulling and not lifting, it is less likely that would aggravate or cause a hemm. But stretching certain ways would very likely irritate a skin tag, I would assume. So stretching while pulling could do it. I have read anecdotal accounts of people lifting very heavy objects and getting an immediate sharp pain in the ass...
If you already have a hemm maybe that you are not aware of, then heavy lifting could indeed cause it to make itself known!

Thank you all for your input - I guess I have no other option but "vegetate" around . My work involved kind of combo of pushing and lifting - it is HUGE sofa -chase kind of thing that is made of iron and has BIG cushions - it is size of queen bed actually . It has 2 wheels at back so one would be able to move it at all. So, I had to lift the other side to push it forward and both was not easily done with such a huge peace . As soon as I moved it I thought "Fissy, this might be stupid", but shrugged it off and went on doing other stuff. After I came in and set to read our forum I felt burning down there but still tried to ignore it . I was sure it would go away by this morning but it did not and I looked at it and saw it swollen somewhat. Oh well ... ... to be continued I guess ...it is just that I finally relaxed again about my butt and thought it might be over finally - but nooooooooooo...
Do those hemorrhoids ever calm down completely or I will have forever to have a butler to carry my stuff ??? This is just ridiculous

But like you i had been shifting something about moved a little the wrong way and felt a werid pinching ? tightness ? i just cant keep up either !

to pull oneself out of the toilet" or "I think I dislocated my ankle - please help" or " How to read and squat ?" Anyway - thanks buddy for the nice idea but I would so much rather "plow" that ranch and sow some sunflowers My soul will just shrivel like this :(

Has anyone ever told you that you have internal hemmies? They are usually the cause of external hemmies. You do have some hemmie symptoms - have you asked you CRS??? What did they say? I am curious to know. I remeber when I thought I had an awful skin tag and it ended up being a hemmie - removed with RBL!!! :)
