@MartinB: Have you been evaluated for pudendal nerve damage? That could explain the severe pain that you experience.

No, I haven't. Does that only kick in (ptp) with bowel movements, or is it a pain that is constant. What confuses me most about my issue, is that it went away for a year after LIS, and then went away for three years after my hemorrhoidectomy. It really seems like surgical action helps, but then the pain creeps in again. So strange. Even ChatGPT can't help, lol.
