Good article - although I think that stress can aggravate the condition - I do not believe that it is "causing" fissures - not at all !!!
If that was the case - I would be having fissures all over my body right now LMAO !!!!! (God forbid - knock the wood :luckyeyes: )

Guys and gals,
Bumping this up again as I just had an e-mail from Dr. Kim again with this same information. I think his mind/body excercises are worth a try for reducing anxiety while suffering with an A/F. Plus some other good tips. I like the way he mentions pain and seems to realize how debilitating an A/F can be both mentally and physically. Many people don't seem to understand that.
