Hi Everyone thanks for the replies.
A little update on my healing.( DAY-6 )
Woke up with no pain at all and then took a sitz bath and had a BM which hurt like (5 or 6/10)-this pain is not fissure pain only incision site pain.
Sharp shooting pain at the incision site (new).
The best thing is that from the first BM following surgery, there is no fissure pain at all.
Iam taking lactulose for keeping my stool soft but when I take fiber BM is much bulkier which hurts more. SO SHOULD I TAKE FIBER NOW ?????
I HAVE DILTIAZEM AND NIFEDIPINE AVAILABLE AT HOME, CAN I USE IT FOR FASTER HEALING AFTER SURGERY????

WILL UPDATE AGAIN TOMORROW

If fiber is making things more bulky and painful then I'd suggest that you stop taking it for now, until your incision and fissure are fully healed. Some people on here have used ointments after the surgery but it's best you ask your doctor before using them.
8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy
