Questions

Does that area itch a bit after you go?
I am not sure if it is the fissure healing, but I can almost feel like when you have a cut and it scabs, it kind of feels like that, but inside of that area, does that mean it is healing?
How do I keep my sanity? I keep freaking out wondering if it going to re-tear or I will see more blood and it terrifies me to go to the bathroom.

Yes, the itching can be a sign that things are healing, your right.
As for keeping your sanity.... Try to relax.... Do some deep breathing exercises to calm your self down before your bm. Do everything you can to make it better for yourself...... Feet up on a stool, rather like a squat..... Lube with a blob of Vaseline before bm....... Take a stool softener.... Plenty of water throughout the day..... And straight into a warm sitz bath , or bath tub, after a bm to really help those sphincter muscles relax. If you follow a good routine, at least that will help give you some sort of piece of mind..... Well... I find it helps me!!

Thanks, I am getting quite worried though, I have had i think 2 VERY small BM today and that is all, actually the 2 I had was after eating some fiber cereal and even though the stool was soft it hurt decently, but there was no blood at all. I am worried though I went out to eat about 6 hours ago and still have not went at all yet, had about 3/4 of a chicken wrap and very thoroughly chewed fries. This is plaguing my mind horrifically, I am just panicking over everything and I can't maintain a grip on anything to keep myself from my thoughts going 20 miles an hour through my head. I have had AF before, and they went away without me doing anything, but this one seems to be rather annoying and actually painful...

I know it's hard... But try not to work yourself up over actually going..... .what is normal for you?? Going more than once a day?? You may find you don't need the toilet as often if you aren't eating as much.
What stool softener are you taking??
Have you been seen by a dr yet?? Have you been prescribed any creams??
Can you take any painkillers to take the edge off your pain??
Find a quiet place.... Sit or lie down.... Take some deep breaths.... Think of something nice.... Waves lapping at the shore, leaves blowing in the wind... Concentrate on relaxing all your body... Especially your butt.
