I guess you'd have to be careful not to touch the anus, and you should be OK as far as infection goes.
One possible problem is if you tense the pelvic floor, especially in orgasm, it could be painful for the fissure, or even tear it again, depending how weak that area is. So be careful.

What a question but a good one.
I think for both sexes, any sexual pleasure can cause pain to the fissure area or possible re-tear unfortunately.

An interesting question. I think it can not cause an infection if you stay away from the anal area. And if you do not have spasms after,.
My sad experience is that after an orgasm I got the most horrible spasms for hours and from this, I think, I learned what real, strong spinchter spasm is (as I do not have painful BMs and much spasm after) Few repeated trials ended the same. No love life for me since.

I wouldn't recommend none, but if you get increased pain afterwards or the next day during or after a BM then you might want to ease off. I know, depressing isn't it :).
As rio I think hinted at, it's not the method of pleasure (although of course anal should be completely avoided), but the orgasm(s) cause tighting of the butt also which can cause pain/ re-tear. I've had this at once in the past .

As a pure guess (although slightly through experience but not sure really), building up slowly to orgasm might be better than getting there more quickly. IMO of course.
