Never again will I eat Flax Seed Bread again.....what a hellish nightmare that was, passing of stool hellish pain for two straight days!!! Seeing a new Surgeon on Wednesday... basically no change since October eighth, though the 'bad pains' have subsided, the burning continues..................

Yeah, don´t eat seeds that stomach acid can´t digest. I eat these kinds of breads with no problem but I grind the flax seeds to a fine powder first and remember to chew a lot so that I don´t swallow small pieces of nuts.
