Everybody is different, Kenny. I can eat ice cream. Others cannot.
Try a little taste and see what happens.
Remember - the first mouthful is always the best. Just stop there!
(I know, I know, not so easy).
Nifedipine/lidocaine, no help
Diltiazem, effective, but caused major rash
Nitroglycerine, effective.
Topical estrogen for final healing.
Gentle heat to bottom - pain relief, muscle relaxant
Kondremul mineral oil
Time - lots of time.
Status - Healed!
