i had surgeryl for it about 7 weeks ago should it still be sore and tender and bleed sometime and can i take to much medimucial

It can take up to a year to heal, so don't give up hope!

I take Metamucil in 'cookie' form, two a day. As to "too much", that really depends on trial and error as to how your body reacts to the amount you take.
