Decongestants and anal fissure

I just wanted to warn everyone about decongestants. I took a bunch of pseudoephed yesterday because my cold turned into an ear ache overnight. Unfortunately it caused a very hard and large plug today despite my usual diet, miralax, and benefiber. It really set back my progress. Not happy!
Developed fissure from constipation due to breastfeeding 7 weeks after delivery (Jan 2014)
Nifedepine
Colace
Magnesium
Miralax - godsend
Nitro - some improvement
LIS (May 2014) - cured for 3 months then setback
Diltiazem
Feeling better for now
