The over the counter bottle states 1-3 daily for adults. My prescription bottle says 1-2 daily as needed. Both are the same 100mg per tablet. I took a 3rd pill this evening because I simply don't feel my BM's are soft enough, I am having to strain slightly.

Anyone else do this?

Drinking tons of water, lots of fiber and I know my body is adjusting after surgery. Curious what others experiences are after surgery.
