Sacral Nerve Stimulation

Read a US paper on sacral nerve stimulation for Fissures with a 100% success rate. Cant get a UK doctor to help - any advice?

I have never heard of this so just googled it. I think it's traditionally used for incontinence issues... But it does say it can be used for chronic fissures. I just don't think there have been enough studies on it yet.

I have 2 sacral nerve implants and unfortunately, they Havnt been very successful.
