Can't sleep and in a lot of pain so I type in LIS recovery and boom here you are! I've already gotten mountains of information by just browsing through the topics. I just had surgery on my fissures and hemorrhoid 8 hours ago and am so glad I'm not the only person on the planet with this horrible condition.

My goal is to heal and try to maintain my health and be an ear for others too. 8)
