Any possibility the site could have a live chat room? For instance when you are up at 3 am in pain and need a friendly person who understands

Go to the Portal, then down to end of page. There is Mini-Chat, but not sure if anyone has ever used it except pinpin setting it up. Give it a try and let me know if it works, as I cannot access it as my Internet access is very spotty.

I just checked it, and unfortunately, it doesn't appear to work.
