Hey there I am new to this group, and suffering with anal Fissure for many years on and off but for the past year it's been really bad ..bleeds every time I use the washroom for a BM!
There are more than one tear down there, I need to get to the doctor and get some kind of prescription cream anyone please tell me what is the best to use or ask for from my doctor??

Welcome to the Forum! The most common creams to use are a topical nitrate like GTN cream. Keep your fluid intake high and increase your fiber! try to avoid toilet paper and use baby wipes.
