was having touble with bowel movements not able to come out because of tight sphincter muscle. Only way to release it was helping it went to dr and said i had fissure for a while. gave me diltiazem cream lidocaine. using for a week now and miralax. the skin tag now has a large white area is this normal or is it an infection. cant clean inside rectum so of course there is fecal left in. skin tag is swollen but not real painful also im taking valium to relax sphincter has anyone used that i dont like using it but i have to heal it. thank you all i am very anxious about this whole thing

The white could be scar tissue??

I think you can only be sure if you let your dr have a look just to check everything is healing up nicely.
