Glad to hear you have things that help you. I like that you push yourself ever so gently out of your comfort zone. I really struggle with that and have become quite the recluse since this fissure thing has started. I listen to meditation audiobooks (I get for free from my local library) and watch comedy TV/movies. Listening to music is also very therapeutic for me. I haven't had much success with therapy though. Seems to just be a stranger's shoulder to cry on, which is great, but has limited benefit. Antidepressants flare up my IBS really bad so I haven't been able to give those a fair try. I also have a very kind and reassuring pelvic floor physiotherapist who is also playing a therapist role for me right now. Still, it's an everyday battle. Oh, and lack of sleep is a huge trigger for my anxiety but since my last surgery I can't seem to get a decent amount. Hopefully that will lift soon.
