Outdoor Hot tub

Postby anniebee » 22 Aug 2015, 09:59

Friend suggested their hot tub for relief. Has anyone tried that? Afraid of chemicals which I think are Bromine not Chlorine. I really do not know the difference.

It sounds lovely and relaxing. I'm sure the heat would relax the tight muscles down there. I'm not sure about the bromine though. There's only one way to find out..... Give it a go and see!

I can't imagine that would hurt anything. i would just make sure to rinse off well afterwards - enjoy!

Heat is great for relaxing you. If you don't want to expose yourself to disinfecting chemicals, I recommend a hot water bottle or heat pad, which has the advantage that you don't have to get wet to get the benefit. After all, you can't stay in a hot tub for hours and hours.
But, I would try the hot tub!
Nifedipine/lidocaine, no help
Diltiazem, effective, but caused major rash
Nitroglycerine, effective.
Topical estrogen for final healing.
Gentle heat to bottom - pain relief, muscle relaxant
Kondremul mineral oil
Time - lots of time.
Status - Healed!
