johnnysantiago, what's going on with your hemorrhoid? I developed the same problem (though not as debilitating as yours) about 10 days after the kenalog procedure. It comes with a bm and recedes as the day goes on and flares up if I'm on my feet to long or sitting too long. I hope you're feeling better!
