Anyone want to share their list of triggering foods for their fissure? Mine flared a bit today because I've been having smoothies with coconut. It's a big no no for me :/.
My triggering food:
Turkish yogurt
Nuts of any sort
Wheat
Coconut
Spinach
All lettuces
Corn (kernal, not flour)
If I tend to eat lower fiber (and keep my fiber supplement) I tend to be better.
Anyone want to share?
