Hi All,

going back to the hormonal discussion. Earlier on this year I was told I have low estrogen. I still have it and my periods have stopped. Now my stool is hard despite eating a very well balanced diet with a normal fibre intake. Or the stool goes fine through the intestine then stops inside the anal canal and doesn't come out hence the fissure.

Im just wondering if the low estrogen has caused all of this!

Anyone else with similar issues?

That's interesting. Did your gp prescribe anything for low estrogen?

Have a read of this thread from Scientist:

Of course, low estrogen in your body is different, and you should see a gynecologist for this, Shania.
