Hi -
I'm still experimenting. I was healing (slowly) and thought I could be a regular person and went out to dinner last night. I ate as clean as I could, but I did have a glass of red wine and I'm definitely not doing as well today. Anyway...here is some of what I have been eating with good results (I am vegetarian):
Kashi high fiber cereal w almond milk
1 egg hard boiled or fried per day
Fruit (since berries are out of season mostly cantaloupe, apples with skin, mango)
Cucumber with no skin
Cooked lentils (I simmer in vegetable stock 30 min, very yummy)
Roasted vegetables (zucchini, mushrooms, red bell pepper with a little seasoning)
Tofu
Avocado
Flax seed muffin (gluten free)
Yogurt (unsweetened, full fat)
Smoothies with frozen berries, frozen banana, almond milk, coconut water
A little bit of peanut butter (with bits of nuts that I chew up really well)
I am also taking Vitamin D (2000 IU), buffered C (500mg) magnesium, COQ10 (enzyme), and a liquid pro-biotic.
