Guys let`s create our own
THINGS YOU SHOULD NEVER EAT WITH AN ACTIVE FISSURE
list.
Pls advice on the things you eat or drink that irritate your fissures. I think it will help a ton if we create a full list based on our collective experiences and then post it here.

Curry! Oh how I miss curry and spicy food in general. I feel I have regressed to infancy when it comes to food.
