Hi, I am recently diagnosed. I went to the doctor because I thought I had anal warts, rough little points inside my bum, but was told I had a fissure. I did not expect a fissure to have this rough bits (maybe like several tiny skin tags, which is why I though WARTS!). Has anyone else this rough skin? Thanks.
