Acute,anal fissure and anal spasm

Postby Deleted User 5549 » 11 Oct 2016, 13:47

had acute and anal fissure 2 weeks ago and doctor told me it will heal in 2 weeks, in my opinion it kinda got a bit worse

i was using a laxative and he only gave me proto glycoven cream to put around the anus area 10 mins before passing motion, now i went again to another doctor and she told me to use these

Diltia ZEM 2% cream to insert and apply around the fissure

LIGNOCAINE JELLY 2% 30mGM for before passing motion and after, and in the after noon after taking a bath

How are you feeling now? Laxatives do you no good in the long term. I used Constella as a stool softener and it's worked wonders.

I would use ALL methods to fight this and promote healing as soon as possible -

- fissure cream 3x a day (and after each movement)

- miralax
- heat to the area throughout the day
- sitz baths after movements (warm)
- proper potty positioning
- proper diet of soluble and insoluble fibre
- proper hydration- lots of water
- patience, fortitude and time!!

All best - Canadabum

Very glad to hear - keep it up for a while.

Miralax is the brand name for an osmotic laxative - chemical name is Polyethlyne glycol 3350. It works by drawing water in to your colon and makes your stool soft. It has different names in different countries- you could ask your local pharmacist about it. Most people find it very helpful to keep their movements consistently soft.

:thanx: for the reply, yeah i have google'd it but the thing is im already using a laxative that my doctor prescribed!
anyways, it seems that i need ALOT ALOT of water and i need to keep myself hydrated alot through out the day, it works just as fine, and oh yeah this one is VERY VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR: MASTURBATING, it was the main reason why my anal fissure kept tearing, i stopped masturbating for 1 day ( im a freak for masturbating since i was a kid lol, embarrassing? kind of ) and it recovered, really helped me alot, please advise ppl to never masturbate, laugh or anything :DD even laughing effects! and water around them all the time, please advise them that because sometimes ppl dont know the issue or are shy about it!
