Not sure if it's an internal hemorrhoid or fissure or both but when I apply the cream it burns. Would this be from the cream getting in the cut?

What kind of cream did you get?
07.02.2013 - got open hemorrhoidectomy, leaded to slow healing wound.

Zinc oxide in creams do usually case some burn. Check with your pharmacist or GP.
