Anyone else get that letter in the mail? I called and they confirmed this was the case. No more compounds, which would mean nifedipine and nitro, yes? On the PrimeMail site, it lists a 30-day supply as nearly $1200 (!!!!!!!!!!!), but when I look at what the plan "paid" for the drug when it refilled a few weeks ago, it says it only cost BCBS $30. I'm so confused. Obviously if it's 1200, that means it's out of reach for most of us, I would assume. What are the alternatives?
In any case, I'm praying everything is healing nicely from my fistulotomy surgery just a few weeks ago, and the infection my doc found in my fissure is all cleared out so I can get LIS before year's end and not have to use these darn compounds anymore anyway.
Four+ years of this.... it's enough already.
