Well, my surgery has been moved up to this Friday, the 9th of December, 2016. Today has been much better, after Milk of Magnesia made my stool very soft, I did not have any new significant tear or bleeding. It's been quite nice. I wish all days were like this, without any MoM.

Any advice how to prepare for the procedure. I am thinking to clean the house and make some soup to last for a few days. What should I take care of? What to buy? What to eat? Etc....

Oh so pleased for you misty, you will be feeling so much better very soon...glad it was moved forward for you that's great.
Can't really offer advice on what to eat as I have totally opposite issues, but I would guess wholesome soups. And a good book or something good to watch on TV, lots of people are back to normal after a few days and I hope your one of those.
Fingers crossed for you
